If funds are credited to a user's account on Fantasyshots , they are deemed non-refundable under any circumstances. However, users can utilize these funds to participate in leagues or contests organized by Fantasyshots .

Once a transaction is confirmed by Fantasyshots , it cannot be reversed by individuals using the website's services. Nonetheless, users may, at the sole and absolute discretion of Fantasyshots , cancel a transaction and request a refund of the amount paid under the following circumstances:

• If the user submits a written request to Fantasyshots to cancel the payment from the verified email address,
• The cancellation request must be received at least two (2) days before the commencement of the round for which the payment is made, if the payment is for participation in the paid version(s) of the contests;

As previously mentioned, Fantasyshots reserves the sole and absolute discretion to refund the transaction amount to the user, considering any applicable cancellation fees and taxes. The refund processing period may range from five to seven (5-7) business days. Users are advised to be aware of additional terms and conditions that significantly influence the transaction when proceeding with the transaction process.

In the event of unforeseen incidents such as event cancellations, technical faults, or force majeure, only the membership fee will be refunded, and no claims can be made on winnings based on rank.
